RA Hamilton and Associates are seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join their team.  This position is to start immediately.

Job Description:

  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Running and doing errands
  • Light housekeeping required

Preferred Skills:

  • Administration experience
  • Good work ethic
  • Strong in mathematics
  • Strong Computer knowledge
  • Accounting experience
  • Willing to train
