Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role blends administrative expertise with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
You're comfortable juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and collaborating using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support general administrative and reception duties to ensure smooth office operations.
· Client focused administrative and reception tasks
· Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner while following company procedures.
· Receive, manage, and direct customer inquiries through phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
· Operate and maintain the company phone system, ensuring efficient call transfers and resolving basic system issues when required.
· Generate sales and collections reports to support business operations and financial tracking.
· Prepare and distribute customer statements on a monthly basis.
· Provide backup administrative support for the Client Success Manager when required.
· Maintain and organize the company’s online filing system using SharePoint to ensure documents are accessible and properly stored.
· Assist with purchasing and monitoring inventory levels of office consumables and supplies.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
· 2+ Years experience in an administrative role (preferred)
· Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
· Excellent customer service skills with a strong client-focused approach.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
