Job Coaches will assist you in determining, and matching, your individual employability skills with available employment opportunities
Registered Clients will receive coaching related to career and job search skills (job search techniques, interview skills, resume writing, identifying hidden job market, etc.), generating employment leads, and match you directly to an employer
Job matching services will help you and your employer be successful in finding the perfect fit

You will receive a personalized employment plan that concentrates on motivating and empowering you in the world of work by providing guidance and workplace coaching
Job Coaches will provide you with individual one-on-one supports, to develop a resume, interview preparation assistance, career planning, online job applications, etc.
As a registered client, you will have access to funding that addresses any obstacles to employment you may have, such as transportation support through milage reimbursement, childcare costs, work supplies, personal emergency supports and required training
You will have potential access to paid workshops that will equip you with the necessary skills and strategies to gain and maintain meaningful employment

Guided support services from our Job Coaches will provide you with comprehensive support while completing your resume and cover letters
Clerical support is available to all registered clients
