Bar Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee daily operations of our trolley. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or hotel settings is highly desirable.

Operations:

• oversee daily opening/closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness
• ensure compliance with safety/alcohol regulations
• creating schedules and training staff
• light bookkeeping
• ensuring tour safety and daily operations on the trolley.

Inventory:

• manage stock levels
• monitors pour costs
• merchandise inventory

Customer Service:

• ensure a high-quality guest experience
• handle complaints professionally
• maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere, resolving customer and employee conflict.

Experience:

• proven experience in bar management or 2+ years of bar / restaurant serving experience.

Qualifications:

• pro-serve
• class 5 License
• previous bar management or 2+ years in service industry

Skills:
