We’re looking for an Assistant Gas Bar Manager at our Stettler Gas Bar to help oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a safe, positive experience for customers. Position: Assistant Gas Bar Manager

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a friendly, co-operative attitude is brought to the workplace daily,
  • To be responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar in the manager's absence,
  • To be responsible for the People & Culture administration in conjunction with the Gas Bar Manager and in their absence,
  • To be responsible and provide leadership in the areas of loss prevention and health & safety,
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers,
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience,
  • Three (3) years retail supervisory experience,
  • Business related education would be an asset,
  • Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.).
