Position: Automotive Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Oversee inventory management and ensure the lot is well-organized
• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Train and mentor new sales staff
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license
