Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling check-ins.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during service delivery.
