Position Overview :
The Stettler Circle of Services Network is seeking a compassionate,
community-minded Community Navigator to support residents in the
Town and County of Stettler. This low-barrier, community-based
position works directly with individuals and families—particularly
those experiencing multiple barriers or complex needs—to help them
access the right services at the right time.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, knowledgeable about
community resources, and committed to improving wellbeing and
reducing gaps in service.

About You:
You are approachable, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly.
You understand rural community dynamics and the barriers
residents may face.
You value teamwork, collaboration, and client-centred service
delivery.
You are organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a
flexible, mobile role.
