Digital Director

Job Summary: Part-Time Digital Director (7-10hours/wk)

A company in Three Hills is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Digital Director to support staff, volunteers, and clients in navigating digital tools and technology. This role ensures the seamless management of technology systems, provides digital skills training for staff/volunteers, and assists with adminmistrative support to keep our organization running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting staff and volunteers to use digital technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SalesForce, and Canva.
  • Editing and updating website and Calendar using Google Sites and Canva.
  • Assisting staff and volunteers with data input and reporting in SalesForce, PowerBI, and Google Sheets.
  • Maintaining and updating company technology including PCs, mobile devices, SOHO internet, and VOip phones.
  • May assist with other IT related tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Sites, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/365(Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot Information Technology systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain digital concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with nonprofits
  • Understanding of website hosting using NameCheap and Google Sites.
  • Experience using SalesForce and/or PowerBI for data analysis.
  • Experience using Canva to create designs and promotional materials.
  • Experience with VOiP phone systems (Telus Business Connect) and networks.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is an asset.
