ECE Level 2

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ECE Level 2 professional to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Observe and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to the teaching team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and learning spaces.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Support children with personal care routines as needed, including diapering and toileting assistance.

Requirements

• Valid ECE Level 2 certification
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
