Fitness Instructor

Drumheller Nordic Walkingand Wellness is hiring a part-time instructor with the potential to become aco-owner and successor. Whether you're certified or eager to get certified, wewant to hear from you! This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a founder who’s deeply committed to mentorship and succession planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• A certified fitness instructor (or someone eager to becomecertified—we’ll support your journey!);
• Someone who has a passion for mindfulmovement, functional fitness, and whole-body wellness with a commitment tosafety;
• A person who is warm, encouraging, a good communicator, and whodoesn’t take themselves too seriously;
• They should also have an interest incommunity engagement and trying new things.

What You’ll Do:

• ‍‍Lead small groupclasses in some or all of the following: Nordic walking, aerobics (low-impactand step), line dancing, resistance training, stretching, and guidedmeditation;
• Support clients in building strength, mobility, and confidence inan inclusive and welcoming environment;
• Help grow our vibrant wellnesscommunity by introducing new ideas and classes;
• Collaborate on seasonal andspecial events.

Hours: Flexible part-time, including daytime, evenings, andoccasional weekends.

Location: Various, including in-studio and around town.
