As General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the decontamination and disposal of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) waste. You’ll receive training in NORM detection and safety.
Your tasks will include
- Detecting, surveying, handling, and decontaminating oilfield equipment, and waste using high-pressure water blast equipment.
- You’ll also sample, document, store waste, maintain decontamination equipment and prepare reports to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Fieldwork, overtime, and occasional weekend work will be required.
