Plains Motor Inn is seeking a full-time Motel Manager to oversee daily motel operations and ensure high standards of guest service. This role is ideal for a reliable, customer-focused individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and motel policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or motel operations is an asset
• Supervisory or management experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are an asset
