Black Sheep Heavy Duty is looking for a Experienced Ag Technician to join our crew of hard-working, no-nonsense professionals. This technician will work out of our Delburne location. Manufacturer training on John Deere, Case IH, or New Holland is an Asset. We’re not your average heavy-duty repair shop. We’re a family-run operation built on integrity, teamwork, and high standards. Our shop handles everything from major component rebuilds to diagnostics and custom fabrication. When the big iron rolls in, our team steps up—and we have fun doing it.
Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Duty Trucks and Heavy Equipment
- Work alongside a team of experieinced technicians and apprentices in a clean, organized shop
- Use your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Rebuild components such as engines, hydraulic pumps, cylinders and transmissions
- Maintain accurate, daily service records and keep your work space tidy
- Support apprentices and share your knowledge- because teamwork matters here
What You Bring
- Journeyman certification in HET preferred, AG considered
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- A self-starting, reliable work ethic- no babysitting required
- Pride in your craftmanship and a positive attitude!
