- Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation to support kitchen operations
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients

- Support catering events and special functions by preparing dishes according to specifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food industry setting, including restaurant or fine dining environments
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Familiarity with the dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
