Part-Time Casual Driver
Service Area: Central Alberta
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Casual Driver to join our courier team serving Central Alberta. The successful candidate must be dependable, safety-focused, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 1-ton truck and trailer/ or cube van
- Complete daily deliveries and pickups throughout Central Alberta
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Load, unload, push, pull, and carry freight weighing up to 50–60 lbs
- Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Secure loads
Qualifications
- Valid class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience/ comfortable driving a 1-ton truck and trailer and/or cube van
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50–60 lbs
Schedule
Shifts may vary Monday to Friday, including:
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
