Petroleum Cardlock Assistant (Casual)

Join our Petro Division team in Stettler as a Petroleum Cardlock Assistant! We’re looking for a motivated individual to support site operations, sales, and administration while ensuring our facilities and service meet the highest standards.

Position: Petroleum Cardlock Assistant

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Be familiar with point-of-sale system
  • Complete the administrative duties at the location
  • Ordering parts and supplies for operations as needed
  • Maintain the Stettler Cardlock facility and monitor cardlock reporting
  • Operate a forklift to efficiently organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Coordinate and complete deliveries using a flat-deck pickup truck and trailer, ensuring safe and timely transport of materials
  • Collaborate with other locations and with division marketing efforts and participate in advertising responsibilities
  • Adhere to Central Alberta policies, procedures, loss prevention and health and safety programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1 – 2 years of experience
  • Valid Class 5 Licence
  • Must provide a driver’s abstract that meets company standards upon hire
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
