We are looking for an enthusiastic Recreational Coach to join our Team!

Skill Set required:
– Willing to obtain the mandatory NCCP gymnastics coaching certifications, avid learner and strong team player.
– Excellent class management skills
– Understanding how to provide constant constructive feedback, making course adjustments, and providing positive encouragement to help develop our athletes while motivating them to reach their full potential.
– Use time efficiently, keeping kids engaged and active
– Ability to adapt to our system, follow lesson plans and create lesson plans as required
– Athletic minded with a healthy lifestyle
– Strong role model in and out of the gym, love for gymnastics and love to work with kids!
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
– Minimum Foundations Level Training through NCCP-we will provide opportunity to obtain if needed
– Current CPR & First Aid
– MED, Respect In Sport and Safe Sport certifications-we will provide opportunity to obtain if needed
– Clear Police Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector)
