We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our Finance & Accounting team in an Accounts Receivable role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building positive working relationships, and staying on top of the details in a fast-moving environment.

Accounts Receivable Administrator
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and processing invoices and customer payments
- Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on accounts
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams
- Assisting with reporting and month-end processes
- Supporting the Finance & Accounting team with various administrative functions
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Confidence working independently and within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accounting knowledge or experience considered an asset
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
