Hours:

  • Full-time - 40hours/week-weekends, included -2 days off mid week

Renumeration:

  • $16.00-$20.00/hr based on ability and level of responsibility
  • Tip sharing with co-workers (owners excluded)
  • Bonuses for punctuality and no missed shifts

This position is not customer-facing, but within the customer line of sight.  Many people are intrigued by how waffle cones and bowls are made, so interpersonal skills are important.  As a baker, it is important to pay close attention to cleanliness and quality.  It is necessary to plan ahead at times to keep us well-stocked with continuous production.
