We are excited to serve Delia and surrounding communities and are looking for amazing team members to join us. Wild Aspen is dedicated to creating space for children and their families to play, learn, and grow in the community. Merging indoor and outdoor classrooms, and a flexible learning space, children will explore their environments and community. Our program offers a Montessori inspired curriculum and enriching environment that fosters whole-child development, community engagement, and curiosity from a young age.
Job Description: Our team will be one of diverse previous experiences, and we welcome your strengths! We are looking for a staff member who is team-oriented, possesses a love for children, and a desire to embrace life long learning. Ability to work until closing at 530pm, some or all days of the week is a significant asset.

- Interested in developing your career as a childcare professional This may be the next step in your career journey! All applicants must have, or be working towards, their Level 1, 2, or 3 childcare certification. Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification will be provided.

Our Community: Wild Aspen Enrichment Center was created to serve a beautiful, small community in rural Alberta. We have a brand new K-12 school directly across the street from the daycare. We visit the school daily for use of the gym, library, and outdoor space. We also thoroughly enjoy everything our little community has to offer….Arena, playgrounds, village businesses, school activities & performances, and many more.
