Titan Site Solutions is seeking a dependable, hard-working Ground Hand to join our aggregate crushing crew. This is a hands-on role critical to maintaining high-production operations across our crushing and screening operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations & Maintenance: Assist with daily set-up, teardown, screen changes, and conveyor maintenance on jaw, cone, and screen deck plants.
Ground Support: Monitor material flows, clear blockages, manage tail pulleys, and keep the plant perimeter clean, safe, and organized.
Safety & Inspections: Conduct pre-shift walkarounds, follow site safety protocols, and report mechanical issues or hazards immediately.
Equipment Support: Assist equipment operators with fueling, greasing, minor mechanical troubleshooting, and field repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, climb plant ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Ethic: Punctual, safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively as part of a tight-knit crew.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to report to job sites or the shop.
Experience (Asset): Prior experience in aggregate processing, pit operations, or heavy industrial work is strongly preferred.
Loader Experience (Strong Asset): Experience operating wheel loaders for feeding crushing plants, stockpile management, or truck loading is a major plus.
