Worker Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a commercial facility in Drumheller. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• ‍‍Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, washrooms, lunchrooms, and other facility areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, doors, and other surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, sinks, toilets, and high-touch areas.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning and washroom supplies as needed.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and workplace health and safety standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance while working.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is an asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
