The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CRA remittances, QuickBooks, payroll, and full-cycle bookkeeping. Job Description:
We are looking to add a fabulous new member to our office team!
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare and submit all CRA remittances (ROEs, T4S, GST, Source Deductions)
- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Keep financial records organized and up to date
- Provide monthly financial reports and support management as needed
Requirements
- Proven Bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks desktop skills
- Solid understanding of CRA filing requirements
- Payroll experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule
- Tuesday and Thursday from home
- Wednesday on site for meetings when required, at home if not required on site
- Possibility to grow into a full-time position in the future
