Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Black Earth Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the safe, efficient, and effective operations of the Black Earth Halkirk and Ryley Humalite manufacturing facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Be a role model and leader in safety programs and procedures.
· Provide leadership to plant production, shipping and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs/downtime.
· Establish operational priorities and schedules for manufacturing.
· Ensure daily paperwork is complete correctly and on time
· Resolve employees conflicts and maintain a respectful work environment
Typical Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, and is frequently exposed high levels of dust, wet or humid conditions and vibration.
