Relief Worker - Career Development Program

The Community Disabilities Services  worker in the Career Development Program is a frontline role with basic reporting/documentation duties, with the responsibility to support individuals to develop a career in their community. They are to ensure individuals are supported in being as independent as possible, maximizing their personal  well-being and being fully engaged valued members of their communities.

We are seeking a relief Worker to work variable  hours – weekdays, evenings & weekends -who is reliable, friendly and  compassionate.

High School Diploma, valid  Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and a clean Criminal Record check are  required. A minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations  will be part of a conditional offer of employment.
