We are currently seeking a keen new hire to help our Drumheller and area sales team. Our team stretches across the province and other parts of the globe, we're a diverse, fun, and highly educated group of mostly "nerd" types that loves to have fun at work, while providing best in class support and service to our clients.

Duties of this role

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and coworkers.
  • Consistently helping to maintain a clean and organized store and work area.
  • Answer the phone in a punctual, friendly, and polite manner.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and help to resolve client complaints, transferring them to the correct colleague who can assist, if you cannot.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our platform, ConnectWise.
  • Intake of computers and other various equipment from clients for technicians.
  • Find, develop and nurture continued relationships with potential clients.
  • Continue to maintain trusting relationships with existing clients.
  • Book requested client technology consults.
  • Understand products and services prescribed to clients.
  • In client meetings, utilize a deep understanding of each client’s environment to identify needs and prescribe technology solutions that will elevate their business for the next 5 years.
  • Negotiate with vendors, and manufacturers, as needed.
  • Create quotes for clients, based on prescribed needs.
  • Review prescribed technology listed in quotes with clients.
  • Create own invoices, based off quotes.
  • Liaise with colleagues and business clients to ensure delivery of products and services prescribed.
  • Continuous education and training for professional growth and development

  • Ensure that all communication, interactions, assignments, details, and actions are clear, effective, timely, and documented.

Maintain company success:

  • Assist in staff coverage of front desk, when required for breaks, illness, vacation, etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues.
  • Participate in community and staff events

Required Skills

  • Excellent phone, typing, and computer skills
  • Ability to handle a FAST paced work environment
  • Happy with learning on the fly, constant education improvements on our tools, services, offerings
  • Empathy - assisting clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Organized - being very organized, timely, and efficient
  • Flexible- sometimes plans can change, and we just have to pivot and adapt
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
