Drumheller Chrysler is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a role as a sales representative. The position will offer a $3,000 per month guarantee to the right candidate. A valid driver's license is required. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Drumheller Chrysler is a new and pre-owned vehicle dealership. This position would encompass the sale of both. With and exciting new line up for the Stellantis brand, now is an exciting time to be a member of the Stellantis team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and assist customers who visit the dealership lot or showroom.
- Assist potential customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs.
- Listen and understand customer's needs and wants and assist in selecting the right vehicle to suit these.
- Explain and/or demonstrate the product options, features and benefits.
- Build good rapport with customers.
- Over come objections.
- Help facilitate the sale of accessories and optional packages, warranties, etc. available for the product.
- Complete and maintain required Stellantis training on the Stellantis product (provided by dealership), to ensure and substantiate product knowledge.
- Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, tasks, review and analysis.
Requirements:
- Clean and valid Class 5 drivers license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Comfortable in a commission based sales environment.
- Dedicated work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- AMVIC license is required. If you do not have one, you must qualify for the license.
- Ability to use email, text, phone and basic computer skills.
