Future Ag is your Central Alberta CASE IH dealer. We are currently in need of a 2nd - 4th year apprentice or Journeyman Service Technician to join our Stettler location. The Ideal candidate will have a Heavy Equipment Journeyman Certificate also CNH or agriculture experience is an asset. Must be self motivated and able to work with others or on the road. Must be able to run a laptop for diagnostic and programming purposes. We offer an excellent benefit package, a competitive pay scale with bonuses. Duties:
- Assemble and install various products according to specifications and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Troubleshoot and repair products as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and completed work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
