Truck Detailer

Foremost has an opening for a part-time Truck Detailer, located at our facility in Stettler, Alberta. Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for performing all truck interior and exterior cleaning services to meet the company and client specifications. This will include thoroughly washing, vacuuming, and applying waxes, polishes or protective agents to trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning truck interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
  • Operating all equipment to meet service expectations
  • Use cleaning and protective agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of trucks.
  • Perform inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
  • Conduct small paint touch ups.
  • Managing inventory and reordering supplies for cleaning duties
  • Operate with exposure to noise, odor, and fumes.
  • Performs other tasks related to his/her classification.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods as well as lifting heavy objects as needed.
  • Have general knowledge of tools.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Safety Training an asset but will train as required.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and safety
  • Must pass pre-employment assessment.
