Painter/Prepper

Overview
We are seeking skilled Painters/Preppers to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have experience in various painting/prepping techniques and the ability towork on diverse projects in the industrial painting industry. This rolerequires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability tocommunicate effectively with clients and team members. Those with experiencewill be considered first.

Duties

• Prepare     surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Applying     paint as well as other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray     equipment.
• Read and     interpret blueprints and schematics to determine job requirements.
• Use hand     tools and industrial painting equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform     caulking as necessary before painting.
• Maintain     a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration.

Provideexcellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuringsatisfaction with completed work.

• Ability to work at heights is required.
• Requires good physical stamina, the ability to work with     ladders for extended periods, and the capacity to crouch or kneel for a     prolonged duration.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and industrial painting     equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate     effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with different types of paint and application     techniques.
• An eye for detail and steady- hand for precision.
• Concept of surface preparation that is also fast and efficient.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering     high-quality workmanship.
• Strong     problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of     a team.
• Industrial painting: 1 year     (required)

Industrial Preparation: 1year (required)
