Parts Manager

Drumheller Chrysler is a privately owned New and Pre-owned Car dealership, proudly serving the Drumheller valley and area since 1998!

Drumheller Chrysler is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Parts Manager. If you have a proven record working in Parts and excel in providing excellent customer service, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Monitoring the current parts inventory.

• Pricing parts to maintain profitability.

• Receiving parts and stocking them them into inventory.

• Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff members.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional matter.

• Assist and advise retail customers in selecting and locating required parts.

• Finding the correct parts required for the dealership’s technicians to complete their jobs.

• Deliver parts to local customers/shops.

• Order parts and provide information, including their function, application, and warranty.

• Maintain effective communication with other departments and employees in the dealership.

• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, creating customer loyalty and future referral business.

• Process warranty parts returns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous parts experience in the automotive or related industry is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience building successful relationships.

• Ability to analyze, exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion.

• Valid Driver’s License.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
