Alberta Registry Agent/Receptionist & General Insurance Brokerage

We are pleased to announce two exciting opportunities to join our team in Castor. F.C. Hunt Agencies is a General Insurance Brokerage and Alberta Registry Agency, and has  been providing exceptional service to Albertans for over 40 years. We currently have 2 positions available:

1. Alberta Registry Agent/Receptionist – Permanent Part-time (1-3 days per week, flexible schedule)

2. Customer Service Representative/Insurance Broker – Permanent Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key responsibilities for these roles include delivering top-notch client service in-person, over the phone, and by email.

To be considered, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Registry Agent or Insurance Broker is highly valued
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A professional and friendly demeanour
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • General office experience and proficiency in computer programs
  • Ability to handle payments and maintain confidentiality
  • Adherence to policies and procedures
