An excellent opportunity exists for a self-motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We seek an individual with strong multitasking, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to provide administrative, operational, and project-related assistance. The ability to work with seniors is the most important skill required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to respond to seniors’ needs and concerns.
- Formal business office training and at least two years of office experience.
- Experience in scheduling, benefits, pensions, and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Exceptional Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work independently without supervision.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new programs and processes quickly.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
- Commitment to health and safety.
- Acceptable Criminal Records Check for Vulnerable Sectors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.79 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
